Mortgage Clearance Loan

The credit union has announced a new personal loan that allows members to clear the end of their home mortgages at a very special rate of 3.8% (typical APR 3.9%). This loan is ideal for members with higher variable rate mortgages who have €30,000 to €60,000 left on their mortgage. The credit union does not take a legal charge and the loan rate qualifies for the annual loan interest rebate.
